RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have the right to return your order within [14] days of receiving it.

CONDITIONS
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.
- Please keep the product in its original packaging with all labels.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact us at kanm0360@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and tell us your order number.
2. We will send you the return instructions.
3. Send the product back to: Baross 93, 1083. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

REFUNDS
After we receive and check your return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days.
